Work has started on the old Revitali space at 125 1st Ave bet 7th and St. Mark’s.

Spoke to one of the workers on his way out the door, and as I inferred from peering through the window one day, turns out the other smaller empty space at 127 1st Ave is connected to the larger one next door.  While he wasn’t sure exactly what was going in, he said they were doing work on both locations and said something about the “kitchen,” so it seems we’ve got a new restaurant coming to the ‘hood.

I checked the NYC Department of Buildings site for a work permit to see if I could find a name, but nothing’s appeared yet.
